Our Mission
To provide supportive and comprehensive services to those in need of a new start or a second chance.
Life is full of different circumstances, both foreseen and unforeseen. Many of those circumstances can cause setbacks in people's lives. Those setbacks often place people in situations where mistakes are made, judgement is flawed, and they find themselves in need of a second chance and a new start. True Heart's desire is to create that avenue for people.
Our hope is to create a forum that is conducive to a safe, loving structured environment that provides supportive and comprehensive services, day to day management and a healthy goals-oriented lifestyle that fosters the overall physical betterment for victims of domestic abuse, sexual violation, aged-out foster care, teenage runaways and those who are in a re-entry program.

Our vision is to provide transitional housing and a recidivism program for underserved at-risk-youth ages 16-25, young men and women ages 26-40, adults and seniors' citizens ages 41-79, who are teenage runaways, exiting the foster care system, victims of domestic abuse, victims of sexual violation, those who are in a re-entry program and/or are at risk of becoming homeless.
Although our participants are from all walks of life, we endeavor to afford them the opportunity to overcome obstacles, humiliation, discrimination and stigmatism by incorporating coping mechanisms, survival techniques, resources, community outreach, charitable services, awareness and educational workshops & material that would encourage them to recognize their value, identify their self-worth and build their confidence and self-esteem, as they thrive to reach their maximum potential and obtain self-sufficiency.

True Heart truly believes if we are able to reach just one person, we can equip them with the tools they need to maintain and live a prosperous, productive life void of strife, legal issues, and other problems that may face.
Our Goals
True Heart's goals align with its mission to prepare an entry and exiting strategy for our constituents as we assist, uplift and to inspire them to rebuild their lives, cultivate positive relationships, enhance social skills, and develop trust factors as they re-enter society again as productive citizens. We will provide these services by:
1. Empowerment
Our goal is to empower our constituents by providing the necessary tools needed in order for them to navigate through the processes of life as we undergird them with a support-based system. Equipping them with basic life skills will help them become acclimated into society so they are to navigate it properly.
2. Education
Whether its obtaining a GED, vocational training, continuing education academic excellence, or career development; True Heart believes education is the cornerstone of a successful life. We will do our best to provide those who utilize our services with access to resources that will help them succeed and stay on the right path.
3. Encouragement
Faith and the belief in oneself are just as important as being given resources to improve one's life. True Heart will offer emotional support, leadership, and civic responsibility as they move towards a successful path in their future and improve the quality of their lives.
