Domestic Violence
Our organization provides counseling and instruction to transfer victims into victorious survivors. We advocate for individuals by providing a safe haven allowing them to gather the strength necessary to start their lives over. We hold an annual Domestic Violence rally to promote our services into the community.
Participants of our programs have no specific gender or background, and are serviced at all ages, they face no discrimination and are provided with financial resources such as our previously stated stipend which allows them to obtain much needed identification documents. They also gain access to our Dress for Success pantry that provides clothing and much needed resources to those who seek employment, housing, and an overall fresh start.
This assistance includes academic preparation, higher learning, financial aid and job readiness. Domestic violence victims are provided with a referral service program offered to meet the immediate needs of families in the community through housing, food, clothes, job search assistance, medical resources, and parenting needs.
